The Liftavator Machine-Room-Free Residential Model can be in-stalled quickly and easily in new or existing locations. The cab may be designed in a wide range of configurations to accommodate your needs.

And, to appeal to your personal preferences, an array of decorative finishes are offered that will enhance your present décor. You may chose from an extensive selection of melamine, wood surfaces and/or stainless steel to compliment the existing interior of your home.

Sizes
The cab can be customized to almost any size that best fits your needs. Panels are assembled within the cab facilitating both installation and service, if required. Standard interior ceiling height is a comfortable 82 inches. Flooring is available; unfinished, carpeted, tiled or hardwood. Just one of many options made available to suit your home décor.

Safety features and special considerations
The Liftavator is engineered with a directly activated hydraulic system. It carries a load rating of 750 pounds and incorporates numerous safety features built-in to the car. Being a Machine-Room-Free Model allows more options for usage. This model was designed to require only a 6 inch pit depth which, coupled with the Direct Acting Hydraulic System, provides an extremely stable car-ride. Security features include secure door locks.
